Recipe for lobster rolls:
makes 4 mini rolls (recipe doubles v. easily)

ingredients:
1 x lobster tail
30g homemade lemony mayonnaise (or simply add lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon to your fave mayo)
30g butter
Maldon salt
chives
1 x clove garli

Octopus and a sweet honey lemon marmalade with peppery rocket straight from the kitchen garden, honey straight from the hives on site and lemons i can see from the restaurant on the trees … I can’t wait to recreate this around my own tab
