Recipe for lobster rolls:
makes 4 mini rolls (recipe doubles v. easily)

ingredients:
1 x lobster tail
30g homemade lemony mayonnaise (or simply add lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon to your fave mayo)
30g butter
Maldon salt
chives
1 x clove garli
